Commtraxx incorporates a powerful WEB PUBLISHER through which you can quickly and easily publish secure reports to the internet. With just a couple of clicks of the mouse you can create and have these documents online.

Two types of reports are available for web publishing:

1. Referrer/Writer Activity Tracker

Keep your referrers completely up to date with events concerning loan applications which they have referred to you. Your referrers/writer may simply log into their account and see all their loans and statuses. You may choose to show as much detail as you wish.

This report can be produced for a customisable group of referrers/writers in your system. The web pages are secure and only accessible with the unique username and password that you assign to your referrer/writer.

2. Applicant Loan File Status Log

This one-page summary of your client's loan application and its status log will keep them fully informed of the details of their loan, the progress of their application, and your contact details.

You can select which loan files you wish to publish to the web. The pages are secure and only accessible with the unique username and password that you assign to your client.

Your Web Space

Commtraxx is pleased to be able to offer you web space on our server. For a small annual fee we will set-up and maintain your web hosting to use in conjunction with the Commtraxx Web Publisher. We can have your web publishing account up and running in no time and we will provide you with all the information and guidance you need to start publishing right away.

Alternatively you may use your own web space and publish directly to a designated space on your existing web site. You will need to have certain specific information from your web host and the ability to add/edit your FTP access.
