2. What extra fees are payable? What are the hidden costs?

Here at Commtraxx we know that our customers appreciate clarity, transparency and flexibility of pricing. With Commtraxx you don't pay any set-up fees, administration charges or installation fees. You pay for your per-terminal user licence... and that's all! Separately priced additional plug-in products and services are available, however the cost of the fully functional core Commtraxx interface and database, along with all the documentation, help and support you need to begin learning and using the program, is limited purely to the user licence fee. 3. Does Commtraxx offer lender product comparison and applicant qualification functionality?

Commtraxx's now includes a facility to maintain your own lender product database for the purposes of product comparison and specification searching/matching. A simple template facilitates data entry and a single screen view of your entire lender product list enables quick & painfree updating.

In order be able to continue to offer a 100% outright purchase option, we do not directly provide ongoing data feeds from external sources. However, we have formed an alliance with Topical Software whose Loan Consultant product comparison/qualification software application interacts seemlessly with Commtraxx. Data is freely exchanged between the two programs thereby eliminating the need for double-keying. Sales, support and billing for Loan Consultant is managed independantly by Topical Software. 4. How can I see a demonstration of Commtraxx?

We can provide a free live time walk-through demonstration of Commtraxx via tele-conference in conjuction with a web based interactive display. You need not leave your chair! Our representative will focus on your particular areas of interest and will tailor the length of the demonstration to suit your time constraints. For your convenience, after hours and weekend time slots are available. With access to the internet, multiple participants in various physical locations can join the demonstration session. 5. I have an existing database. Can I import my data directly into Commtraxx?

Yes. We make it easy to create your existing Commtraxx Loan Files en masse by importing an entire database of data quickly and easily using the Commtraxx Data Translator. Simply export your database in CSV or Microsoft Excel format, then cut and paste each column of data you wish to transfer. Very little manual intervention is required. During the import process the information will be automatically adapted, formatted and validated to ensure that your Commtraxx database is populated with high-quality data.
