HISTORY
Commtraxx was born out of the need of an established, yet fast
growing Australian finance broking operation to streamline and technologically
enhance their operations. Development of a customised software solution was
commissioned and began in 2002. The technical and business sides of our
collaboration worked very closely together throughout the process, thereby
ensuring that we capitalised on the very best of both worlds. As the software
solution was fine-tuned and usage commenced, the results spoke for themselves.
It became clear that we had developed THE essential practice management tool
for the finance broking industry.
COMMTRAXX
SOFTWARE
Recognising
that the users of Commtraxx require clear, accurate and complete information on
all facets of their practices we have designed a sophisticated database from
which an astounding quality and quantity of data may be retrieved. However, our
focus from the outset, was to provide the simplest and most intuitive user
interface possible without compromising the availability, clarity and
flexibility of the data.
PRICING
The
affordability of the product was another of our primary concerns. We have
structured our pricing in such a way as to provide unparalleled
flexibility. You may rent month by month, buy
upfront or buy on terms . Should you choose the
outright purchase option, you will eliminate monthly license fees altogether
on the core Commtraxx application, windows interface and database. The upfront
amount is all you ever need pay and includes free updates as they become
necessary. Generous discounts apply to your 3rd and subsequent licence
purchases. Optional upgrades and add-ons will be available from time to time
for a small additional charge. Selected web services incur a per-user annual
charge of a small maintenance fee only.

extensive User Manual included in your software package will guide you through
all processes and functionality of Commtraxx.
RETURN
AND REFUND POLICY
We
offer a 30 day money-back warranty period for our software pursuant to the
WARRANTY clause in our SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT. If the product is reported
by you, and subsquenty found to be defective such that the licenced Commtrxx
software does not comply with or cannot be used in accordance stated
specifications, you will be entitled to receive a refund. Refunds will be
issued upon our receipt proof of uninstallation (if applicable) as will be
derived from a specified uninstallation procedure and subsequent return of
supplied Commtraxx software CD-ROM(s) to our sales office.
